General terms

By purchasing products from Depmall, you agree to the terms below.

Company obligations

Depmall undertakes to provide the customer with a product that matches the description and stated specifications on the product page.

Returns and exchanges

  • Customers may submit a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused and complete.

  • The customer pays return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms stated in the product description.

  • The warranty includes free repair or replacement if the product is damaged or faulty within the warranty period.

 

Force majeure

Depmall is not liable for nonperformance or delay caused by circumstances such as natural disasters, military action, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control.

Changes

Depmall reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice to customers.
